Wedding Planner turns the pile of things you are carrying around in your head into one ordered, dated plan. Answer a few questions about your day (when it is, roughly how many people, roughly what you want to spend, what is already booked) and the app works out what still needs doing, in what order, and by when.

What's inside

A checklist built from your own answers: not a generic list of 200 tasks, but the ones that are actually still open for your date, with the ones already booked crossed off from the start.
A budget split you can argue with: your total, divided across venue, catering, photography and the rest, based on the kind of wedding you described.
Guest maths, done: how many tables that guest count really means, and how many invitations that is to address.
Deadline reminders, if you want them: roughly one nudge a week, before a deadline rather than after it, and nothing in the evenings. Entirely optional.

Built for the part nobody warns you about

The dress and the cake are the fun part. The part that keeps people awake is the running list of things that have to happen in a particular order, most of which you have never done before and none of which anyone hands you a schedule for. That list is what this app is for.

Your answers stay on your phone

Everything you tell the app is stored on your own device. There is no account to create, nothing to log into, and no analytics or tracking SDK in the app. The privacy policy sets out exactly what that means, including the one third-party service involved when you buy a subscription.
