Wedding Planner, by Scanly Studio

Email scanlystudio.support@proton.me and a person will answer. Please say which iPhone you are on and what you were doing when it went wrong. It usually saves a round trip.

Managing or cancelling your subscription

Subscriptions are billed by Apple, not by us, so they are cancelled on your phone rather than in the app: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Wedding Planner → Cancel Subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the period you have already paid for runs out.

If you bought the lifetime option, there is nothing to cancel: it is a one-time purchase and it does not renew.

The free trial

The yearly plan includes a 14-day free trial for anyone who has not used a trial on this App Store account before. Cancel any time before the 14 days are up and you are not charged. Apple reminds you before the trial converts.

I paid but the app still asks me to

Tap Restore on the plan screen. That asks the App Store for purchases made with the Apple Account currently signed in on the device, so if you bought it on a different Apple Account, sign into that one first. If Restore still finds nothing, email us with the receipt Apple sent you and we will sort it out.

Refunds

Refunds are handled entirely by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com using the Apple Account you bought with. We cannot issue a refund on Apple's behalf, but tell us what went wrong anyway: it is how the app gets better.

Turning reminders off

Settings → Wedding Planner → Notifications on your iPhone. Turning them off does not affect anything else in the app.

Deleting your data

Your answers are stored on your phone and nowhere else, so deleting the app deletes them. See the privacy policy for the full picture.
